The Trainer was knowledgeable, read the room well; tailoring her presentation to be relevant to a range of learners. Plenty of gear so everyone will get hands on Training. The people teaching the courses are very knowledgeable and keep it interesting. Each time I’ve gone back for my annual CPR certificate I’ve learned something new. Be sure to turn up early to North Lakes sessions as parking can be an issue.
